These terms apply to Gabby Unscripted, Purposeful Inserts, and purchases made through the Purposeful Inserts shop.
Before you order
The first release includes four A5 Sudoku workbooks: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, and Expert. Joining the waitlist is free and does not reserve a book or create a preorder. We open checkout only when stock is ready. Product details, prices, and available quantities are shown before you place an order.
Orders and payment
An order is placed when checkout is completed and payment is accepted. We may cancel and refund an order if a listing error, payment issue, suspected fraud, or inventory shortage prevents us from fulfilling it. We will contact you if that happens.
Product appearance
We display workbook colors as accurately as we can. Printed color may differ slightly from a screen because displays, lighting, paper, and printing processes vary. Significant printing flaws, such as streaks or missing color, are not treated as ordinary color variation. Please see our Returns + Order Problems policy.
Shipping and order problems
Shipping charges and available services are shown at checkout. Our Shipping Policy explains dispatch estimates and delays. All sales are final for change of mind or choosing the wrong level, except where law requires otherwise. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing orders are handled under our Returns + Order Problems policy. These terms do not limit rights you have under applicable law.
Website content
Workbook puzzles, designs, text, images, and site content belong to Trezhas or their respective owners. You may use purchased workbooks for personal use, but may not copy or resell their content without permission. Please do not interfere with the site or attempt unauthorized access.
