Purposeful Inserts workbooks are final sale for change of mind. We still want to make things right if your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.

We do not accept returns or exchanges because you changed your mind, ordered a duplicate, or chose the wrong size or difficulty level. Please review your selection before checkout.
Damage, defects, and wrong items
Email info@trezhas.com as soon as reasonably possible with your order number, a description, and clear photos of the book and packaging if available. Photos help us assess shipping damage or a printing flaw, but contact us even if you cannot provide them. We will review the issue and offer an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy.
Printed color
Slight differences between screen and print are normal. Streaks, missing color, severe color inconsistency, or other substantial print defects should be reported as a product problem, not dismissed as screen variation.
Missing or delayed packages
If an order is missing, incomplete, or marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us with your order number. We will help investigate with the carrier and determine the appropriate next step.
Before shipment
Contact us promptly if you need to cancel before your order ships. We will confirm whether it can still be stopped. If we cannot ship within the promised time, your rights to a delay choice or refund are explained in our Shipping Policy.
