Delays and lost packages
Carrier and production delays can happen. If tracking shows an unusual delay, loss or delivery problem, email info@trezhas.com with your order number so we can investigate and work toward an appropriate resolution.
International orders
If international shipping is offered, duties, taxes, customs delays and delivery limitations will be disclosed before purchase.
